Licensed in California and Wyoming, Allison Hubbard Colgin has been practicing employment law her entire career.  She worked in large law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area until she went to work at Intuit, Inc. as its first in-house employment lawyer.  After moving to Wyoming, she became a partner at Levy Coleman Brodie, LLC in Jackson Hole. She then accepted a secondment as Senior Employment Counsel at Elastic, Inc., an international high-tech company.  As an in-house attorney, she provided legal advice and advocacy for U.S.-based and international employment law issues. After Elastic, she returned to private practice and currently represents California and Wyoming clients. She completed mediation certification training through the San Francisco Bar Association.
