Training
This practice conducts workplace investigations of all types of alleged workplace misconduct, including, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour and ADA violations, and other ethical and legal violations. Post-investigation mediations also available to resolve conflict and find a path forward.

Mediations between founders, executives, employees, board members and other stakeholders to resolve conflict in a positive manner that allows the business to move forward. Improve the likelihood of maintaining positive work relationships and resolving conflicts before they lead to absenteeism, attrition, and low morale, and even litigation.
Secondment
Allison is available to act as employment counsel for in-house legal departments who have short-term or long-term needs. Allison managed the in-house employment law function for Intuit, Inc. as their first employment lawyer. More recently Allison provided secondment services as lead employment counsel for Elastic, Inc., overseeing both U.S. and international employment law matters for the company. Hourly or flat fee payment structure available depending on the needs of the client.
Education Law
Although not a focus of her practice, Allison has represented parents who are struggling to obtain needed services from school districts for children with learning or other disabilities.
